This intimate August Elopement in Tuscany in an ancient Florentine chapel is a perfect display of love celebrated under the Tuscan sun.

For Tailândia and Andrea, their intimate late-summer Elopement in Tuscany was the perfect opportunity to celebrate their love surrounded by their children, in the picturesque setting of a gorgeous hillside chapel steeped in Italian history. The Brazilian bride and Italian groom, who reside in Milan, chose to celebrate their elopement at the incredible and historic Villa Le Fontanelle, nestled in the Tuscan hillside overlooking the sweeping view of Florence city.

Immersed in nature and the magic atmosphere of late summer, the couple and their children began the day with a symbolic ceremony in the Villa’s ancient chapel, known for once being owned by the famous Medici family. The couple’s first dance was celebrated in the dreamy villa located in the Tuscan hilltops, and was followed by an intimate wedding lunch in a flowered terrace, offering a perfect view of the city and the gorgeous domed Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore.

The flowers, designed by Marco Angelotti Solofiori, were a beautiful mix of pink and ivory roses, perfectly complementing the stunning colours of an Italian summer. Thoughtful touches and special details, like a flower crown for the couple’s daughter, and a personalised cake topper, made the intimate elopement ceremony feel personal and meaningful. The beautiful day was photographed by Wild Fox Photography, who perfectly captured the joy and intimacy experienced by the bride, groom, and their children on their perfect and sunny August wedding day.
