This Modern Country-Chic Real Wedding in Veneto is giving us all the feels

Four years into their long distance relationship, Martino knew it was time to get down on one knee and affirm his love to his sweetheart, Erica. Fast forward to one year later, Martino and Erica’s guests were receiving their invitations, requesting their presence for a beautiful destination wedding in Italy.

Bringing together moments from the first time they met during their studies in France (Rennes) to their proposal in Paris featuring Erica’s much loved antique French roses, their wedding was an amalgamation of their romantic love story; a dreamy Italian celebration hosted at the stunning Convento dell’ Annunciata,a short drive away from Lake Garda.

Planned and designed by the talented team, Follia delle Rose. the naturally beautiful venue was the perfect location for their Italian wedding, which was decorated with antique furniture, mirrors, candles, pampas grass, floral teapots and an actual café stand with a framed quote by Gertrude Stein.

As the air was filled with the irresistible sounds of New Orleans by the live band, friends and family danced and mingled in true Italian style as they indulged in the array of food and raised their glasses to the newlywed couple.
