Michael, demonstrating a strong appreciation and respect for Ana's Bolivian heritage, was eager to infuse elements of her culture as inspiration for the event. Subtle details from Bolivian culture combined with indie elements created a romantic lakeside ritual that was unique and an independent representation of Michael and Ana's union.

“We tried to get rid of any over structure and mental cage…" they explain the unique touches, “…We wanted our representation to be independent and out of the schemes, giving life to something creative". As they put it, they wanted to “delete any box" to make the ceremony inimitably their own.

The rustic and bohemian aesthetic styled by Danila Stella pulled inspiration from raw, natural materials reminiscent of mother nature. Using the wild escape, including the trees, natural wood, the mountains, and the lake's crystal-clear waters, Ana and Michael chose the most beautiful backdrop to celebrate their union.

Their strong connection to nature was an integral part of the planning process and crucial to building their dream day. This magical experience was made complete using recycled materials such as eco fur from family and farming décor from their grandfather's henhouse. Incorporating so many personal touches helped to bring the enchanted ceremony to life.

Ana and Michael's romantic and intimate ceremony took place right next to the lake as both man and wife said, “I do." The couple was enchanted with the crystal-clear waters of Lake Braies. This peaceful and majestic spot creates the perfect location for intimate gatherings and ceremonies. Without the hustle, bustle and trappings of a big wedding, the most essential part of the tradition truly shined – love and commitment.

There was not a distraction to be had. The calm and quiet of the lake are attributed to the fact that motorboats are not allowed in the area, and cars are forbidden. Lake Braies is a place in which nature and serenity genuinely flourish.

Keeping with their natural aesthetic, Michael and Ana appreciated mother nature's unique surrounding, which created incredible backdrops for their special wedding memories.  A wonderful white wolf was also portrayed. The wolf 'represents 100% the Wild and Spiritual part of our souls and also that sense of family, protection, and Loyalty. White because it's the colour of pureness, as well as it being associated with every bride".

As the sunset on Michael and Ana's lakeside ceremony, they absorbed their magical and unique Italian Lake Wedding. Simply beautiful!
