Dana and Xavier Humphrey’s journey together began in Nashville in 2020, a happy connection during a challenging year. From their very first date, they knew they’d found something special and couldn’t imagine being apart. Two years later, Xavier proposed in Seattle’s stunning Japanese Gardens. Though nerves got the best of him, with a heartfelt “Thank you for coming” as his opening line, the proposal was perfectly them—sincere and a little quirky. Taking their time to enjoy their engagement, they dreamed of a wedding in Italy, and Tuscany soon became the clear choice. Its charm, beauty, and warmth made it the perfect place to start their next chapter.

Their big wedding in Italy was planned by our wedding planner member Roberto Raspollini and took place at a secluded villa surrounded by lush Tuscan landscapes. In a secret garden, Dana and Xavier exchanged vows surrounded by close family and friends, with simple yet elegant white blooms that enhanced the natural setting. A dear friend officiated the ceremony, and an international violinist added a magical touch, filling the air with beautiful music.

As the Tuscan sun set, the celebration moved poolside for an intimate dinner in classic Italian style. Dana and Xavier made a fun entrance to upbeat house music which their guests absolutely loved and set the tone for the party which was to come. With their family and friends gathered around them in this stunning villa, everyone shared stories, laughter, and delicious food, creating a warm, unforgettable evening.

The night really took off after dinner, with a DJ and saxophonist bringing everyone to the dance floor under the stars. Dana’s quick change into a sparkling mermaid gown added a glamorous twist, making the night even more magical. With Tuscany’s beauty, the love of family and friends, and an endless sense of joy, Dana and Xavier’s Italy wedding was the perfect start to their forever.
